I ave the same problem. Did you find another solution? I searched in a lot of Github issues from different project (Docker image linuxserverio, custom UI, qBittorrent, libtorrent) and I didn't find another issues with the same problem. So I'm trying to find where is the problem to create an issue. I don't think it's here because it's only an integration project.

I was using a reverse proxy. And it seems like I had to enable the reverse proxy support in WebUI settings. If you're using reverse proxy as well, you can first try to access your web UI on your local machine, then add reverse proxy lists. Hope this solves your issue.
