This PR aims to primarily implement a more optimised tiling of the OT disks. We now have 93.48% active area coverage, but this is subject to change if small revisions happen. The current implementation now also allows for a quick change of exact placements in the stave, in addition to stave lengths.
To be able to use this feature,
exactStaveFillsmust have the ordered placements of all 2xN modules in the stave, in addition to the bottom y value i.e. from where to start. Additionally, for this to be used, the flagft3Params.useExactStavePlacementmust be set totrue. If the flag is set but the positions are not given (i.e., it's empty), then positions are filled as before on a "best fit" basis given the other parameters.Lastly, this PR makes creating materials more centralised and structured, so it comes from exactly once place.
Note that the 3cm extrusion means that the encapsulating air volume includes an approximately 70um overlap with some TRK services.
