Adds a page for Arcade Cloud operators refused for signing in without strong authentication: what counts (passkey, authenticator app, security key), how to set one up in Manage my account, how to sign in again, and what to do if it still fails.
It lives under Get Started → Setup, next to "Get an API key", since it's about your own Arcade Cloud account rather than end-user identity (Operate → Identity).
