DiffCI 0.3.2 fixes package metadata edits incorrectly forcing full-suite validation. Descriptive fields now clear both manifest and generic configuration fallback flags. Dependencies, scripts, package identity, tool configuration, unknown fields, and other configuration changes retain full validation.
Engine: DiffCI/core@cdf3bf2 (DiffCI/core#19).
Validation: Core tests passed locally and CI passed on Ubuntu/Windows, Node 22/24. Package validation and smoke checks are recorded in the release workflow.
