The mod now shows the session's task in a band above the prompt instead of the status line under it. Claude Code draws a plugin's status line as one of its pinned warnings, yellow with a ⚠, so
⚠ task-journal: 📓 no tasklooked like an error even when nothing was wrong. The band appears only while the session has a task and disappears when it is closed. Above the prompt there is one band for all plugins, so the journal line goes on top of another plugin's band (aimux, for example) instead of replacing it.
Checked in a live Claude Code 2.1.289 session: no line while there is no task, the band after
task_create, nothing again aftertask_close. The new mod tests fail on the old code and pass now.Details: CHANGELOG.md, section 0.31.2.
