Created a replacement for the vanilla fountain. To save memory I split off the animated part of the fountain from the rest. Created a replacement for the vanilla park. To make the park feel more alive I followed shusaura85's suggestion of adding animation frames with people. Most of the used people sprites are from OG_PASS. I also used a modified version of OG_SLIGHT1. Deleted both .gitkeep files.
I changed a few pixels at the lawn's edges to make it look more 3d.
Added a replacement for the vanilla electricity pylon.

Created a replacement for the vanilla electricity pylon. It's based on the pylon type Donau. I made it a little bit blueish so that it's more colorful than the vanilla one. I also added concrete foundations at the bottom of the pylon.
I didn't use AI to create this. Thanks to Phosphorus551 and LeftofZen for their help and critique.
