Apps with the com.apple.developer.healthkit entitlement lose it when installed through SideStore. Feature(entitlement:) has no HealthKit mapping, so the HealthKit capability is never enabled on the App ID. The provisioning profile then lacks it, and the signer strips the entitlement. At runtime the app fails with "Missing com.apple.developer.healthkit entitlement".

Changes

  • Add Feature.healthKit (HK421J6T7P) and map com.apple.developer.healthkit to it
  • Allow it for free and paid teams (paid teams were missing it too)
  • Add .healthKit to freeEntitlements

Apple lists HealthKit as supported for free developer accounts: https://developer.apple.com/help/account/reference/supported-capabilities-ios

Testing

Free Apple ID, LiveContainer + SideStore built with this patch. Deleted the existing App ID, then installed a HealthKit app through SideStore. The new App ID got HealthKit enabled, the app kept the entitlement, and the Health permission sheet appeared.

Map the com.apple.developer.healthkit entitlement to the HealthKit
App ID feature (HK421J6T7P) and allow it for free and paid teams, so
the provisioning profile includes HealthKit and the signer keeps the
entitlement instead of stripping it.
