The TOC roster just changed, and the published roster hasn't caught up. The mid-2026 election resolved four seats: Chris Twiner (UBS) and Vincent Caldeira (Red Hat) left; Erick Bourgeois (RBC) and Boris Litvin (AWS) joined; Matthew Bain and Eddie Knight were re-elected. The carrying PR (#304, opened 2026-07-21) is still unmerged, so the committee's own Readme still lists the departing members. The graph reflects the change.

Today's meeting (2026-07-29) carries both checklists, the Vexum vote, two project health reports, a code-scanning presentation, and a proposed SDLC control-catalog standard.
An observation the graph surfaced: across every TOC meeting issue examined, the ## Minutes
and ## Action Items sections are left as empty placeholders. The agendas are the only durable
record of what the committee took up — which is why the meeting entities here capture agendas
rather than minutes.
routines/finos-discovery.md is a scheduled agent job. Each run
reads the discovery log on the
TOC entity to see where the last one
stopped, walks new issues, PRs and discussions across the FINOS GitHub org, resolves newly-seen
people and firms, writes or updates entity files, and appends its own dated note plus a row to the
invocation log — so the next run resumes without re-covering ground. Ten passes so far; each is
auditable in that log.
Discipline the routine follows: cite the source URL for every fact · never invent — an unresolvable person stays unresolved and is noted as such · update entities in place rather than duplicating · leave a note on what to check next.
One markdown file per entity at kg/entities/<type>/<slug>.md, opening with YAML frontmatter
carrying type, id and title. Entities cross-reference with [[wikilinks]] by title. Full
contract in CLAUDE.md.
This repo is also a runnable knowledge-worker workspace: agents/ steers a live meeting copilot,
skills/<name>/SKILL.md are skills the agent auto-discovers, and routines/<name>.md compile to
durable scheduled jobs. Those are the mechanics; the graph above is the point.
