feat!: add experiment center client, feature flags, segments, and consent non-repudiation

Breaking Changes ⚠️

• OrganizationTemplate client removed: management.organizations.organization_template sub-client deleted. Six types removed from the public surface: OrganizationTemplate, OrganizationTemplateAllowedStrategyEnum, OrganizationTemplateRoleVisibilityEnum, OrganizationTemplateRoleVisibilityOverride, OrganizationTemplateRoleVisibilityPolicy, OrganizationTemplateUseForOrganizationDiscovery. Direct imports of these names will fail.
• Enum removals: ConnectionDeletionBehaviorEnum and OrganizationDeletionBehaviorEnum removed from the public surface.

• Experiment Center — experiments CRUD: management.experimentation.experiments sub-client gains create(name, feature_flag_id, authentication_flow, ...), list(...), get(id), delete(id), update(id, ...), update_status(id, status), and validate(id). New types: CreateExperimentResponseContent, GetExperimentResponseContent, UpdateExperimentResponseContent, UpdateExperimentStatusResponseContent, ValidateExperimentResponseContent, ListExperimentsResponseContent, ExperimentListItem, ExperimentStatusEnum, ExperimentTransitionStatusEnum, ExperimentValidationError, AllocationItem, AllocationRequestItem, AllocationStrategyEnum, AuthenticationFlowEnum, DefaultConfigEnum.

• Resource server consent non-repudiation: management.resource_servers.create(), update(), and search() accept a new optional require_consent_non_repudiation: bool parameter. ResourceServer, GetResourceServerResponseContent, CreateResourceServerResponseContent, UpdateResourceServerResponseContent, and ResourceServerSearchResponse expose require_consent_non_repudiation: Optional[bool].

• Client OIDC support: management.clients.create() accepts a new optional oidc_support parameter (ClientOidcSupportPost). New types: ClientOidcSupportPost, ClientOidcSupportAllowedScopesEnum.

Type Changes

• Connection SHA-384 thumbprints: ConnectionOptionsAd, ConnectionOptionsAdfs, ConnectionOptionsAzureAd, ConnectionOptionsCommonSaml, ConnectionPropertiesOptions, and UpdateConnectionOptions gain a new optional thumbprints_sha_384 field. New types: ConnectionThumbprintsSha384, ConnectionThumbprintsSha384Ad, ConnectionThumbprintsSha384Saml.

Enum Additions

• OauthScope: create:experimentation, read:experimentation, update:experimentation, delete:experimentation added.
• ClientOidcBackchannelLogoutInitiatorsEnum: profile-changed added.
