refactor(mosaic): use Field for the password dialog's sign-out checkbox

Description

The "Sign out of all other devices" checkbox in the change/set password dialog now uses Checkbox inside Field.Root orientation='horizontal' (from #10024), instead of a raw <input type='checkbox'> with hand-wired ids, aria-describedby, and local styles. The now-unused checkbox* styles in the password section are removed.

The Checkbox docs in swingset now point to Field for checkboxes with a visible label or description.
