Changes

  • Move air from Additional Commands into a dedicated AI Runtime help group.
  • Label the command as Public Preview in root help.

Why

Make AIR easier to discover and communicate its current launch stage.

Tests

  • Ran the full formatting, checks, lint, and test suites.
  • Built the CLI and verified the rendered help output.

This PR was written with Codex.
