May be an opinionated feature. I often work in vscode for LaTeX documents (as many people do), and I find these .tex files kind of ugly, moreover .bib files also have no icon, while they are widely used for bibliographies in documentation websites other than being the standard for LaTeX
I don't know if it may be the plan but I would really welcome a new .tex icon and a .bib icon. Thank you so much!
