docs: add an ecosystem page for devtools, hosts, services and kits built on Devframe

Adds `/ecosystem`, a page in the spirit of comark.dev/ecosystem: a searchable list of everything built on Devframe, a "Built with Devframe" showcase, and a call to action for contributors.

What changes

• New `docs/content/4.ecosystem.md` with a header tab Ecosystem between Add-ons and Reference. The page uses `navigation.layout: page`, so it has no docs sidebar.
• Three MDC components under `docs/app/components/global/`:
  • `ecosystem-list`: search, an "Official only" switch, and category chips (Devframes / Hosts / Services) with live counts. Filters sync to the query string (`?q=&category=&official=1`). Community entries sort before official ones because the official packages already have their own docs pages.
  • `ecosystem-showcase`: 16:9 cards for Vite DevTools and Nuxt DevTools (existing screenshots) plus a dashed "Your project" card that links to the edit URL.
  • `ecosystem-cta`: the "Add your project" / "Open an issue" block.
• List tiles show the upstream logo (image) when the project has one; vite-plugin-inspect uses i-carbon-search-advanced, which is its favicon and stays theme-aware.
• Rows: 6 community devframes (ESLint Config Inspector, node-modules-inspector, vite-plugin-inspect, medula, Pinia Colada devtools, UnoCSS Inspector), 2 hosts, the 9 built-in devframes and 3 services. Framework kits and the agentic adapter stay out: they are part of Devframe itself, not the ecosystem. Official rows link to their docs page; community rows link to GitHub.
• Removes `/guide/built-with` and its sidebar group. The two sections that listed real-world and built-in devframes moved to the new page. `docs/vercel.json` redirects the old URL to `/ecosystem`. The two inbound links in the guide index and the launch post now point to `/ecosystem`.
• `@vueuse/core` is now listed in `docs/package.json` (from the `frontend` catalog) because `ecosystem-list` imports `refDebounced`.

Screenshots

Light, full page, and dark mode with `?category=devframes&q=inspect` restored from the URL. Avatars are blank only because the sandbox blocks `github.com` images.

Checks

• `eslint` passes on every changed file.
• `knip` reports only the pre-existing `starter/*` unused files.
• Verified in a local `nuxt dev` run: header tab, filters, query-string restore, light and dark mode.
