Adds a workflow that runs pulls.review once on each pull request and posts the grouped summary as a PR comment. Reviewers who open the PR on pulls.review then get the analysis without using their own model key.
The workflow uses
pull_request_targetso fork PRs get a comment too. This is safe because the action reads the diff through the API and never checks out PR code.Needs the
