Adds pulls.review to the ecosystem page, in the package list and in the showcase, so readers can find it next to the other devtools built on Devframe.
The logo is the repo's own favicon. The repo has no app screenshot, so the showcase card uses its Open Graph card, resized and converted to webp like the other showcase images.
