* docs(runner-type): deprecate gpu1 for removal on 9 November 2026 gpu1 is deprecated and will be removed on 9 November 2026 (dcd#1454). After that date gpu1 runs move to cpu1 at the standard Android rate instead of failing. - runner-type: mark gpu1 deprecated, give the date and what to do, and add a Runner Type Support Policy mirroring the device and OS policies (deprecate, then remove after at least 30 days if usage is under 1%). - Mark gpu1 "(deprecated)" in place on the concurrency, billing, README, MCP tools and CI wrapper pages.
