  • Breast V9: Schema ID [3800] was corrected to be 09480
  • Cervical Lymph Nodes and Unknown Primary of Head and Neck: Schema Discriminator 1 [3926] Codes 0 and 1 and Coding Guidelines for Code 1 had references to Soft Tissue Other removed as cases would no longer be assigned to that schema
  • Soft Tissue Other: Schema Discriminator 1 [3926] was removed as it is no longer included in the schema definition
