[Performance][Safari] High CPU usage and throttling which scales with width

The WavyBackground component is incredibly demanding on the CPU. The usage and lag scales as the page width is increased. Around 30-40% usage which throttles the rest of my machine and makes the website unusable at standard resolutions.

Device: Macbook M4 Pro 24GB
OS: 27.0 (26A428)
Browser: Safari
Browser Version: 27.0 (22625.1.29.11.27)
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Browsercode.io on Safari
2. Scale the width of the page
3. Notice the CPU usage in Activity Monitor and visible lag
