feat(finetune): expose advanced training parameters

Summary

• Expose additional text fine-tuning parameters, including job name, priority, LoRA, evaluation, checkpoint, dataset split, and data augmentation settings.
• Return the expanded job metadata and hyper-parameters from finetune get.
• Update the finetune reference and add e2e coverage.
