sqlcipher30.6.2Compiles the
_sqlite3DB-API extension with the vendored SQLCipher 4.12.0 amalgamation, statically linked against OpenSSL 3.6.0 built by Conan. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.Mirrors upstream's

License: Wheel bundles SQLCipher (BSD-3-Clause) and OpenSSL (Apache-2.0); upstream ships no licence text for them, so the build adds it.
