Motivation
CI commands typically run once, so generating Node's compile cache adds overhead without reuse.
Changes
Skip automatic compile cache enablement when
CIis non-empty and notfalse. Local runs andCI=falsekeep caching enabled, and explicitNODE_COMPILE_CACHEsettings remain supported.Related Links
