Automerge only installs plugin-release-management globally and calls the GitHub API. It never installs repo dependencies, so setup-node cache keyed on the caller's lockfile only adds failure modes — e.g. pnpm callers like salesforcedx-vscode (failed run 37091922105) that don't pass package-manager inputs hit 'Dependencies lock file is not found' on the npm default.
Drops the pnpm setup and cache lines. Keeps the three inputs defined (marked deprecated) so existing callers that pass them don't break.
