dashboard manual creation not leting save changes

Describe the bug

creating a dashboard manually stucks in save button being disabled even if all required fields have valid data

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

save button must activate (enable) when all required conditions are met

Current Behavior

save button keeps disabled

Reproduction Steps

• go to dashboards menu
• try creating a new dashbaord
