docs(stdlib): regenerate API reference

Regenerates the stdlib API reference from the updated WurstStdlib2 sources, including ability rawcode links, constructor documentation, and public asset constants.

The package index previously serialized the entire API tree, duplicating declarations already rendered in reference pages. With class constants included, that grew to 28.7 MB / 919,335 lines. Limit the index to package metadata, summaries, tags, imports, and source links: 106 KB / 2,372 lines. The generator change is included so later regenerations keep the same format.

Constant anchors preserve case so distinct animation classes such as MurlocFlesheater_med and MurlocFleshEater_Med have distinct link targets. Ability rawcode references use the same anchors.

Validation: all 5 Deno tests pass, including failing-before/passing-after regressions for the index and anchor collision; full generation covers 168 packages. The index fix alone leaves reference pages unchanged; the anchor fix updates anchors and links. All 35,571 constant anchors are unique within their pages, and all 1,581 ability-ID reference links resolve. The remaining page additions are actual API entries previously absent from the docs.

Generate collision-free constant anchors

For classes that differ only by capitalization, constantAnchor() lowercases both names, so this anchor for MurlocFleshEater_Med.stand2 duplicates the anchor already emitted for MurlocFlesheater_med.stand2 at line 3641. A fragment URL ending in #murlocflesheater_med-stand2 therefore resolves to the first class, making the newly documented second constant unaddressable; preserve case or otherwise disambiguate anchors.

Addressed the constant-anchor finding in the latest commit: anchors now preserve case. The new collision regression failed before the fix and all 5 tests pass after it. Full regeneration has 35,571 unique constant anchors and all 1,581 rawcode reference links resolve. @codex review
